About Me...

Who am I?

My name is Mark Santiago.  I fix computers and do a bit of pretty much everything computer related you can think of.  I'm not new to this; I've been working on computers since the mid 80's. At 8yrs of age I was a bona-fide geek, sitting in front of the family Commodore 64 with my dad, typing hundreds (thousands?) of lines of code pulled from magazines and compiling them into functional video games.  By 10 I was installing hard drives, long before most people knew what a hard drive was.  It was downhill from there!

Throughout my schooling I was involved with technology.  It wasn't long before I was employed in the IT field (1996) writing programs in a proprietary language for marketing research studies and doing PC and network maintenance and repairs.  After working in the video production field for a while, I got back into IT and I am now an independent consultant.

If you live anywhere near Lancaster SC or Charlotte NC, I can help you with pretty much anything tech related- troubleshooting, networking, virus removal, upgrades, repairs, web design, and much more.

If you don't live in the area, I might be able to still help you through a remote support session where I take control of your computer- call or email me for more information about that.
